As a Chef De Partie, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head or sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are always met. You will manage your station, oversee the production of all dishes assigned to you, maintain cleanliness and supplies, and uphold high quality standards in presentation and taste. Collaboration is key, so you will communicate effectively with team members and assist colleagues as needed. You will also contribute to menu development by working alongside the head chef to develop and taste new recipes.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar role
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
