As a Chef de Partie, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head or sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are always met. You will manage your station, oversee the production of dishes, maintain supplies, and ensure cleanliness in line with policies. You will maintain high quality standards for all dishes, considering presentation and taste, collaborate with the head chef on menu development, and maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar role
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Strong communication and teamwork abilities
