About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Children's Social Worker to join an Assessment and Intervention Team focused on providing short term support to children and families. The team completes S17, S47, and other relevant child and family assessments aimed at preventing escalation to child protection services. This fast-paced team prioritises preventative and restorative practice, making effective decisions based on face-to-face visits to ensure the best outcomes for each child. You will work within a supportive environment that offers regular supervision, stable contracts to promote consistency for children and families, and a hybrid working scheme. Parking is available nearby.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience in permanent contracts within a children's frontline social work setting.

About you
Enthusiastic and committed Social Worker with substantial knowledge of children's social work. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment is essential. You should be motivated to deliver high-quality, preventative interventions and restorative practice.

Qualifications
Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) is required.
