About the Role
We are looking for a Team Manager to join a Children in Need Team. This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience. You will manage and supervise a team of social workers, senior practitioners, and other social care staff providing services to children in need, including those in need of protection and children looked after. The team manager ensures that the team's performance targets are met and that the standards of service delivery meet the required specifications.

Experience
A minimum of 3 years' post-qualified experience in social work is essential for this role.

About you
A degree in social work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) is required. A valid UK driving license and vehicle is not essential but will be beneficial.

Qualifications
Social Work Qualification is mandatory for this position.
