About the Role
Do you have a passion for maintaining a safe and clean workplace? Do you enjoy leading a team and providing excellent customer service? As a Cleaning Supervisor with ISS UK, you will play a key part in delivering a world class housekeeping service, maintaining the highest quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.

Your responsibilities will include planning, organising and coordinating service activities to meet performance targets, generating cleaning schedules for your team, and delivering the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility. You will provide a range of general cleaning services including offices, meeting rooms, toilets, showers, vacuuming, wet and dry mopping. Ensuring all chemical and cleaning solutions are used correctly and maintaining a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety regulations is essential. You will also report any dangers, near misses or hazards to your manager.

This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for customer service to inspire your team and set high standards for yourself and others.

Experience
Relevant experience in cleaning and supervision of cleaning procedures is required.
