About the Role
The Client Solutions Manager partners with Meta’s most strategic clients to ensure their success by building and managing key relationships. This role serves as a consultative product expert and trusted adviser in marketing, leading strategy, media planning, creative, tech integration, and measurement primarily across Fashion and Department Store verticals. As a strategic solution-driver, you will focus on developing ROI-positive marketing strategies, driving growth by improving advertiser performance, and implementing measurement and attribution solutions. You will optimize complex opportunities using data and analytics to build consultative and technical solutions, provide business insights, drive revenue, and enhance advertiser education and satisfaction through a data-driven approach. Responsibilities include managing a quota-carrying book of business across a portfolio of large enterprise clients, delivering significant revenue targets spanning core advertising solutions and enterprise sales. You will identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded in measurable business results, develop vertical expertise through industry research, and collaborate with businesses to understand objectives and develop Meta strategies in partnership with Client Partners and cross-functional teams. This role also serves as the escalation point for client-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution, and involves project management by collaborating with internal teams to optimize marketing objectives. You will manage planning, execution, reporting, and optimization of campaigns, observe budget spend, manage internal analytics and dashboards, and provide real-time recommendations. Additionally, you will lead strategic marketing conversations with clients, agencies, and partners including media, creative, measurement, and MarTech stakeholders.

Experience
- 8+ years in ad sales, marketing, media, and/or consulting
- Proven success in Client Solution Manager roles driving solution adoption, revenue, and operational rigor
- Deep experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends, especially performance marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, and partnerships
- Highly technical and analytical with comfort handling large complex datasets and delivering actionable insights
- Experience collaborating and influencing internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, product, marketing science, and creative teams
- Proven ability to communicate strategic initiative progress and synthesize feedback
- Strong storytelling skills through data visualization and insight-driven hypotheses
- Experience with Meta’s full suite of advertising solutions
- Experience working with consumer retail businesses and fashion retail brands
- Experience working with global brands and clients across EMEA and the US
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development and knowledge of emerging AI technologies
- Experience adhering to responsible, ethical AI practices including risk assessment, bias mitigation, and quality reviews
- Proven ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact
