About the Role
The Core Ads Quality team ensures that the ads people see on our platforms are of high quality and that their experiences are positive. With billions of consumers and millions of businesses using our platforms to connect, maintaining high-quality connections requires complex machine learning operating at a huge scale. We are seeking an experienced product leader comfortable both diving into model calibration and managing cross-organizational projects with stakeholders under tight timelines. This role supports deeply technical teams by defining goals and driving execution across teams. You will lead and drive a complex product area by defining success, prioritizing problems, and identifying the best strategies while considering the wider organizational and company context. You will adapt and adjust strategies based on learnings and changes in context, use your industry and customer understanding to identify new investment areas, and align across departments to bring ideas to production. You will independently identify and drive consensus on prioritizing and realizing the most significant opportunities, knowing when to start and stop investments. Understanding the technical space (AI & ranking) and partnering with technical leads to develop scalable solutions is essential. You will gather and analyze internal data, user research, and market analysis to inform product decisions and influence the wider product organization. Navigating highly ambiguous and complex situations with grace, building trust with partner teams, and communicating product strategy and progress with radical clarity to all stakeholders are key responsibilities. Additionally, you will support the growth of other PMs and cross-functional team members through mentorship and coaching.
