About the Role
The Commercial Income Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and recovering supplier commercial income, ensuring rebates, supplier incentives, credits and other contractual income are accurately tracked, claimed, reconciled and collected in accordance with supplier agreements. This role works closely with Procurement, Finance, Billing, Accounts Payable and suppliers to support commercial performance through accurate reporting, forecasting and income recovery while maintaining robust financial controls and audit-ready documentation.
Key responsibilities include maintaining the supplier rebate register and commercial income tracker, monitoring supplier spend against rebate agreements, preparing and submitting rebate claims, chasing outstanding payments, and resolving queries. The role also involves working with Accounts Payable and Finance to process rebate invoices, credit notes, payments and supplier statements, ensuring correct allocation and reconciliation of commercial income.
Additional duties include analysing supplier spend against contractual agreements to identify missed income opportunities, supporting Procurement Managers with supplier commercial performance validation, maintaining rebate agreements and contracts within Coupa, producing monthly commercial income reports, and liaising with suppliers to build effective working relationships. The role requires maintaining accurate audit records and ensuring compliance with Procurement and Finance controls.
