As a Strategy Analyst / Associate in the Strategy Group, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders to define priorities, solve complex business problems and drive strategic initiatives. You will contribute to projects that influence growth, market expansion and business performance, gaining exposure across multiple products and functions. The role requires working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a focus on impact, analytical rigor and continuous development.
Key responsibilities include gathering, synthesizing and analyzing data to support strategic decision-making, developing financial models and valuation analyses, preparing clear and compelling presentations for senior stakeholders, conducting industry and competitor research to generate actionable insights, identifying key business issues and developing practical recommendations, supporting the delivery of end-to-end strategic projects across functions, managing multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously, leading discrete project workstreams and contributing to broader initiatives, and collaborating effectively within a team environment to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Experience
- Experience in management consulting or investment banking environments
- Exposure to strategic projects in financial services preferred
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders preferred
