About the Role

A fantastic and highly rewarding opportunity has arisen for a Community Inclusion Facilitator to join our enthusiastic and passionate colleagues in Sutton. As a Community Inclusion Facilitator, you will be a valued colleague within a team, flexible and committed to supporting people. Your role is responsible for developing and offering a range of responsive direct individual and group activities to people with a learning disability accessing the Me Time Programme. Key responsibilities include working in a way that enables the people being supported to make decisions and choices, ensuring that plans are person-centred, being creative and adaptable to challenging scenarios, ensuring safety and wellbeing, completing recording requirements, communicating with dignity and respect, and supporting colleagues to build community networks.
Experience
No specific experience required; however, experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities is advantageous.

You should be flexible, creative, and dynamic, with a commitment to supporting individuals in making choices and trying new opportunities. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required for this position, but relevant experience or training in social care or community support is beneficial.
