About the Role
Do you have experience in supporting people? Do you know how to deliver a range of community activities? If so, we may have the role for you. A fantastic and highly rewarding opportunity has arisen for a Community Inclusion Facilitator to join our enthusiastic and passionate colleagues in Sutton. As a Community Inclusion Facilitator, you will be a valued colleague within a team, flexible and committed to supporting people. Your role will involve developing and offering a range of responsive direct individual and group activities to people with a learning disability accessing the Me Time Programme. Key responsibilities include working in a way that enables the people being supported to make decisions and choices, ensuring person-centred planning, being creative and adaptable, ensuring safety and wellbeing, completing recording requirements, communicating with dignity and respect, and supporting colleagues to build community networks.

Experience
No specific experience required; however, experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities is advantageous.

About you
You should be flexible, creative, and dynamic, with a commitment to supporting individuals in challenging scenarios. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required for this position, but relevant experience or training in social care or community support would be beneficial.
