Your typical day could start with attending a community event, meeting with councillors and local authorities to demonstrate where support is needed in local areas. Then, you might attend a steering group meeting to understand results from a resident survey to inform a community investment plan before checking in with your team and providing guidance where needed. You and your team will be tapping into the hearts and minds of your Peabody community, playing a crucial role identifying the strengths, challenges and practical needs of residents to ensure communities have the support needed to flourish. With a particular focus on managing an effective team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering community investment plans for your areas. You’re a people person who likes to make an impact. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively with other teams and you’re first-rate at building strong relationships across the business and externally to enable you to make the changes needed in the communities you’re responsible for.
