If so, this role is perfect for you! Here at Peabody, we have opportunities for two Community Investment Lead's on a Permanent basis in North West London. Each vacancy will cover two Boroughs each - Brent and Kensington & Chelsea, and Hammersmith & Fulham and Westminster. A bit about the role: As a Community Investment Lead, you will working in partnership with our customers, the wider community, colleagues and strategic partners, you will design and implement place-based local area plans. Informed by the vision and direction of our Peabody Community Foundation (PCF) strategy, and with a solid understanding of the needs and priorities at a local level, you will tailor an approach to delivery that builds on the strengths of the communities we serve that facilitates the continuous involvement of communities in decision making, nurtures partnerships and targets resources where they can be most impactful. You will be responsible for designing and delivering community investment plans for your area(s); managing an iterative process of generating and analysing data and trialling, evaluating and scaling services that respond to local needs. With strong project and relationship management skills, you will ensure that deliverables are achieved creating lasting impact for Peabody customers and the wider community. Some of the key results for the role include: Design and implement ambitious community investment plans specific to localities. Use community insight, data, and customer feedback to plan and deliver place-based community programmes that reflect local identified priorities and the strategic objectives of PCF. Commission external services where budgets and priorities have been identified; agree service level agreements, establish referral routes; and set up monitoring and review processes. Develop and grow strategic partnerships; with the local authority and other anchor institutions (e.g., schools, colleges, CVS, health services etc), identify shared objectives and ways of working together. Facilitate meetings, workshops and community events that support stakeholders to contribute to the development of local area plans. This role will require a Basic DBS check. This is a hybrid role with some home working and some work within the community with partners. You'll be required to spend a minimum of 2 days per week from the office/community, travelling in and around your assigned areas and be available to work some evenings and weekends.
