About the Role

If so, join our team at Ealing Council as our new Community Partnership and Business Development Manager. You will be at the heart of connecting communities with growth opportunities by coordinating and maintaining partnerships with employers, community organisations, and stakeholders to design and deliver inclusive training programmes, career pathways, and work experience opportunities that meet local needs.
You will lead business development activities, secure new funding and sponsorships, and manage commercial partnerships to grow our service and support residents into learning and employment. You will champion innovative work experience programmes, oversee sub-contracted delivery partnerships, and ensure our service maintains the highest standards of quality and impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building powerful partnerships with employers, community groups, and stakeholders
- Leading innovative projects that open doors to training, work experience, and employment for local residents
- Securing new funding and commercial opportunities to grow our impact
- Championing inclusive, high-quality learning and career pathways
