About the Role
Ealing Council has an exciting opportunity for a System and Data Analyst to join the Adults’ Social Care team. This role is pivotal in using data to drive service improvements and support strategic decision-making that positively impacts residents. You will analyse and interpret complex data sets, ensuring compliance with national and local performance targets, and develop insightful dashboards and performance management information to enable informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Collaboration with managers and partners is essential to foster a culture of improvement. You will lead on national, service user, and carer surveys to capture and act on feedback effectively. The role also champions data quality, delivers briefings and training, upholds data protection and governance standards, and contributes to change programmes. Staying current with the latest trends in data analysis ensures the organisation remains forward-thinking and compliant.
Working closely with the Operational Data Lead and Senior Performance Analyst, you will help develop an insight and intelligence culture throughout Adult Social Care and support the local implementation of the Corporate IT strategy.
Experience
- Strong knowledge of social care and experience with management information systems.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Power BI and SQL.
- Experience working with large datasets and using coding tools to manipulate and analyse data.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
- Experience managing or supervising staff.

Qualifications
