£44,235 - £45,852 per annum (P01). All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point for the grade unless matching current salary with evidential proof.

Lewisham Works is seeking an experienced Compliance and Data Officer to develop, implement, and manage audit, compliance, and risk strategies for the DWP funded Connect To Work Programme. You will implement and ensure compliance with a quality assurance framework that includes managing systems and processes aligned with IPS/SEQF frameworks and DWP/CLF requirements.
You will work closely with delivery staff to ensure the programme meets SEQF/IPS standards, supporting residents to move into decent work. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape a new programme and make a real difference for disadvantaged Londoners.
The successful candidate will support delivery staff to monitor and improve service quality, preparing them for internal self-assessments and externally assessed fidelity reviews. An understanding of supported employment fidelity frameworks and assessment standards is desirable.
The role requires leading by example, helping staff translate guidance into effective operational practice with a focus on quality and performance. Responsibilities include field mentoring, case reviews, quality assurance fidelity reviews, facilitating workshops and learning networks, and monitoring and reporting on project performance and outcomes. The post holder will also have line management responsibility for 2 triage officers.
This position is subject to a Basic DBS check.
Experience
Experience in compliance and data management, monitoring projects, and a proactive, organised approach to process design and compliance monitoring is essential.

Detail-oriented individual with strong organisational skills. Ability to lead and support staff in translating compliance frameworks into effective practice. Experience working within supported employment fidelity frameworks is desirable.
