About the Role
Turner & Townsend is seeking enthusiastic Consultants from mid to senior levels to join our dynamic Programme Advisory team. This role focuses on requirements management within major infrastructure programmes, particularly in the aviation and defence sectors. You will provide end-to-end strategic leadership in developing, implementing, and governing business strategic goals and requirements management across complex programmes. Responsibilities include representing the benefits and requirements function in governance boards, influencing senior stakeholders, designing and facilitating client workshops, and leading requirements elicitation and validation sessions. You will oversee the use of requirements management tools such as IBM DOORS, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, lead business development initiatives, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the evolution of Turner & Townsend’s Programme Integration methodologies. Requirements

Experience
Extensive experience in a consulting or advisory role, ideally within infrastructure or major capital programmes. Proven track record of leading requirements management at a strategic level across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Experience in programme and/or portfolio management, governance, and assurance. Sector experience in infrastructure, transportation, utilities, defence, or related fields. Hands-on experience with requirements management tools such as IBM DOORS, Jama, or JIRA. Understanding of requirements engineering standards (e.g., ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148). Strong commercial acumen and experience in identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Qualifications
