About the Role
We’re Civica, a global software provider supporting over 5,000 public bodies to deliver critical services to more than 100 million citizens worldwide. Civica Election Services (CES) is the UK's leading provider of independent ballot and election services. Following recent legislative changes enabling electronic and hybrid voting methods for statutory trade union ballots, CES is expanding its Industrial Action team to meet increased delivery demands.
The Industrial Action Delivery Coordinator (Content) role involves preparing ballot communications by configuring artwork, email campaigns, and ballot websites using approved templates, systems, and quality assurance processes. Working from requirements provided by client-facing project managers and delivery specialists, you will ensure communications are produced accurately and comply with operational and statutory requirements.
This 12-month fixed-term contract offers an excellent entry pathway into a career in project delivery. You will gain hands-on experience in one of the most important areas of democratic process work in the UK, working closely with experienced delivery specialists and project managers to build skills in project delivery, content production, and quality assurance.
