Brent Housing Management has an exciting opportunity for a Contract Delivery and Quality Manager to join us and manage multi-million-pound contracts. About the post As Contract Delivery and Quality Manager, you’ll oversee the management of contractors, consultants, and agencies to deliver mechanical and electrical services, responsive repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works. A key aspect of your role will be ensuring quality assurance, conducting site surveys, inspections, and work valuations to ensure all work meets quality and statutory standards. You’ll support statutory compliance, ensuring all statutory approvals are in place and that projects adhere to health and safety regulations. You’ll also be responsible for budget management and drive service improvements by developing key performance indicators, monitoring service delivery and implementing improvements to the service’s efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate You’ll be educated to degree level and hold membership of CIOB, or possess equivalent relevant experience. A PRINCE2 certification or project management qualification is also desirable. You’ll have proven experience in managing complex maintenance and service contracts in the Housing or Property Sector. It’s essential for success in this role that you have the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and communicate clearly both in written and oral format. You’ll have strong organisation and time management skills, as well as a strong ability to analyse and problem solve.
