About the Role
London Metropolitan University is an extraordinary institution dedicated to transforming lives through excellent education. We are seeking a Course Information Officer to join the Systems and Data team in the Academic Registry. In this role, you will lead the maintenance of accurate course and module information in our systems, ensuring that updates reflect approved changes. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the annual Module Operating Catalogue and timeslots, supporting timetabling, and responding to staff queries, including those for external reporting. You will also help ensure that published course information is accurate, deliver training on relevant systems, and support the onboarding and rollout of a new curriculum management system. We pride ourselves on equipping our students with the tools for their future, and your role will be integral to this mission.

Experience
Ideally, you should have experience using systems like SITS and be confident working with large data sets.

About you
You should possess strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively across the University.

Qualifications
A background in data management or a related field is preferred, along with digital literacy.
