We have an exciting opportunity for a CRM Database Manager to join our Fundraising Operations team on a full-time (37.5 hours per week) permanent contract. This role is based in our brand new London office, but we are flexible about where your work is done. We would love to see you in the office 2/3 days per week. Do you have the skills and experiences for this role? - Experience of managing a CRM Database team in the charity sector - You will have experience managing CRM teams and have knowledge and experience of gift processing and imports. - You will have experience of managing supporter marketing preferences, delivering high quality complex selections, data maintenance and housekeeping. - Experience of facilitating high quality data management and integrity - Experience of developing accurate reporting methods and dashboards to ensure performance insight is gained - Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines and conflicting priorities - Experience of having previously line managed, including staff development, coaching and performance management Please see our Job Description for an extensive list of essential requirements for this role.
