We have an exciting opportunity for a CRM/Database Officer to join our Fundraising Operations team on a full-time (37.5 hours per week) permanent contract. As a CRM Officer you will have the opportunity to develop your data management knowledge and experience working with our existing CRM (ALMS.Net) and our New CRM (Salesforce) that we are in the process of migrating to. You will be able to develop your data skills working with a range of internal stakeholders to support existing data team responsibilities and define new processes using our New CRM (Salesforce). Skills and experience for the CRM/Database Officer include: - Contact database applications and charity systems - Importing and updating contact and financial data - Producing data selections - Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines and conflicting priorities - Attention to detail and accuracy - A desire to help develop data knowledge with stakeholders - Knowledge of fundraising regulatory requirements, including: GDPR and DPA, Fundraising Regulator, PCI & ICO - Good communication skills You will be based in our London office, but with some home working flexibility.
