About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CSD Specialist with deep knowledge of Central Securities Depository (CSD) operations, specifically in Bonds and UK Gilts lifecycle management, to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute critical subject matter expertise to the design and development of a Digital Securities Depository (DSD), helping to shape the future of the UK's financial market infrastructure from the ground up. You will work closely with product, technology, and legal teams to translate traditional CSD services into digital equivalents, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks, market expectations, and operational realities. Your expertise will support product design, regulatory engagement, and market outreach, contributing to the definition of the target operating model for the DSD and collaborating with key stakeholders to refine the solution and product roadmap. This role does not require prior experience in digital assets or blockchain but values deep domain expertise in securities depository services.

Experience
Proven expertise working within or closely with a Central Securities Depository (CSD), with deep knowledge of Bonds and UK Gilts lifecycle including issuance, settlement, custody, and corporate actions.
