Requirements

Experience
- Expertise in adult learning, curriculum design, and funding.
- Experience in employer engagement, partnership development, and budget management.
- Up-to-date knowledge of national and regional priorities in adult education.

Qualifications
- Minimum Level 5 teaching qualification in Further/Adult Education.
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
