Have you previously worked in an environment of raising repairs or raising and processing invoices? If so, this role is perfect for you! Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Customer Services Officer on a Fixed Term basis at our Charlton House offices. A bit about the role: As a Customer Services Officer, you will work as part of the local Charlton Triangle Housing (CTH) neighbourhood team delivering the highest quality customer services to CTH residents. To represent the front end of the organisation to tenants, residents, contractors and other stakeholders. Some of the key results for the role include: To be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, providing appropriate advice in a highly efficient, friendly and professional manner. To ensure you have a detailed knowledge of services offered by Charlton Triangle Homes, the Peabody group and partner agencies, especially Royal Borough of Greenwich, and to be able to communicate these confidently and accurately to our customers, and to be able to direct them to external service providers where appropriate. Ensuring that the front of house is always a clean, tidy and welcoming environment with up to date and relevant information for customers This role will require working in the office five days per week Monday to Friday.
