About the Role
Be part of a high exposure, high impact, and fast-paced team that collaborates across multiple functions including HR, Finance, Business Management, and Communications within the CIB Chief Operating Office (COO). You will operate horizontally across the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB), delivering insights across all lines of business, elevating content, and providing context to senior leaders. This highly visible role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders, leading the operational, technology, digital, and data transformation of the bank. As the Data and AI Business Manager within the Business Management team, you will be a key strategic partner. Your responsibilities include acting as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, translating business priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes, and driving execution of strategic priorities across functions by coordinating with Finance, HR, Strategy, Communications, Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and other support teams.
You will lead business reviews, governance, and management reporting to support decision-making, track performance, and maintain alignment with organizational priorities. Developing and delivering executive-ready communications, presentations, and messaging for senior leadership forums, town halls, offsites, board materials, and key organizational events will be a core part of your role.
Additional responsibilities include conducting data-driven analysis to identify insights and support fact-based decisions, managing and optimizing business operations such as budgeting, expense management, headcount planning, vendor oversight, and resource allocation. You will identify and help mitigate business risks, partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve workflows and implement operating model, technology, and infrastructure enhancements.
Representing the business in internal and external forums, working groups, and cross-line-of-business initiatives to advance priorities and strengthen alignment is expected. You will also monitor industry, market, data, AI, and technology trends to inform strategy, innovation, and competitive positioning.
Experience
- Solid experience in business management, strategy, finance, COO, consulting, or related leadership roles in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Prior experience supporting senior executives or business heads in high-visibility, fast-paced organizations.
- Background in strategy, management consulting, transformation, or business operations within financial services, technology, data, or digital organizations.
- Experience building executive presentations, strategic communications, dashboards, or management reports for senior leadership audiences.
- Knowledge of financial services, operating models, data and analytics, AI, digital transformation, and related industry trends.
- Experience with budgeting, expense management, headcount planning, key results tracking, or performance management frameworks.
- Experience working across global teams and multiple stakeholder groups in matrixed organizations.
- Self-direction, resilience, and accountability in a high-pressure, high-visibility environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant professional certifications are a plus.
