About the Role
This role supports the day-to-day running of the Office of the Data Protection Officer (DPO), ensuring effective management of privacy-related activities across the organisation. You will oversee end-to-end processes for privacy complaints, implement and manage the complaints process, identify opportunities for improvement, develop reporting and dashboards, and respond to a wide range of privacy-related complaints. Additionally, you will provide ad hoc support for other compliance-related activities including rights requests, incident management, and compliance assessments. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will contribute to delivering compliance initiatives and help maintain the highest standards of data protection within Heathrow.

Experience
Experience in data protection, privacy, or compliance roles is desirable. Proven ability to manage complaints processes and work with multiple stakeholders effectively.
About you
You are detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage complex processes independently. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential. You have a passion for data protection and compliance and are motivated to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
A relevant qualification in data protection, privacy, compliance, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory. A willingness to learn and develop within the role is essential.
