Location
London, UK - Hybrid working with the opportunity to work from home for an average of two days a week. Candidates must be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.

Hours
Full Time - Hours to be confirmed during the recruitment process, aligned with operational needs.

Salary

About the Role
This role supports the day-to-day operation of the Office of the Data Protection Officer (DPO), ensuring effective management of privacy-related activities across the organisation. You will oversee privacy complaints, manage the end-to-end process for rights requests and incident management, and provide advice and guidance on a wide range of privacy matters. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will drive process improvements, develop reports and dashboards, support compliance assessments and privacy-by-design initiatives, and enhance the DPO Office's online presence. The role contributes to Heathrow's digital transformation journey by evolving and strengthening privacy services, processes, and stakeholder engagement. Requirements

Experience
Experience in data protection, privacy compliance, or related fields is highly desirable. Proven ability to manage privacy complaints, rights requests, and incident management processes is advantageous. Experience working with multiple stakeholders and driving process improvements is preferred.

Strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear advice on privacy matters are essential. Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in data protection, information governance, or legal studies are beneficial but not mandatory. A willingness to learn and develop expertise in privacy and data protection is essential.
