About the Role
This role supports the day-to-day operation of the Office of the Data Protection Officer (DPO), ensuring effective management of privacy-related activities across the organisation. You will oversee privacy complaints, manage the end-to-end process for rights requests and incident management, and provide advice and guidance on a wide range of privacy matters. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will drive process improvements, develop reports and dashboards, support compliance assessments and privacy-by-design initiatives, and enhance the DPO Office's online presence. The role contributes to Heathrow's digital transformation journey by evolving and strengthening privacy services, processes, and stakeholder engagement. Experience
Experience in data protection, privacy compliance, or related fields is highly desirable. Proven ability to manage privacy complaints, rights requests, and incident management processes is advantageous. Experience working with multiple stakeholders and driving process improvements is preferred.
