About the Role
We’re looking for a Data Quality Lead who shares our values and is passionate about making data work smarter, safer and simpler for everyone. As our new Data Quality Lead, you’ll lead the way in embedding a culture of data excellence across the organisation. You’ll design and deliver a robust data quality programme that ensures our data is accurate, consistent and complete, helping us make better decisions and deliver better services.

You will work closely with Data Owners, Stewards and Analysts to identify issues, recommend improvements and implement quality measures. You will also manage and mentor a Data Quality Analyst, supporting their development and ensuring high standards across your domain.

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape how we manage and use data, directly influencing business performance and supporting our commitment to continuous improvement.

Requirements

Experience
- Strong skills in analysing qualitative and quantitative data, focusing on turning insights into action that supports inclusive, resident-focused services.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel and Power BI to communicate clearly and effectively across the organisation.
- Experience managing staff in a data-focused role with a collaborative and supportive leadership style.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Good understanding of how business processes, research methods and data quality connect to deliver better outcomes.
- Knowledge of housing association operations and KPIs is desirable.

Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent in a relevant field is desirable but not essential.
