In addition to social and affordable housing we have a department that delivers social care, providing specialist housing, care and support to people who are vulnerable, excluded, disabled, unwell or homeless, this is managed within our Care and Support Directorate.
The Care and Support directorate is substantial, managing more than 6000 units of supported accommodation, assisting more than 10,000 customers and being responsible for more than 1000 colleagues. The need for good quality data, business intelligence and system management has never been greater!
What we’re looking for:
Are you experienced in analysing qualitative and quantitative data?
Can you produce reports for a variety of audiences, able to translate information and business intelligence into language that our operational teams can use to improve services across our Care and Support directorate?
Are you experienced in developing systems that support business processes?
Are you experienced in developing dashboards and data quality scorecards?
Do you understand the value of data and the various applications of its use in grants, impact evaluations, and/or operations research?
Do you have excellent analytical skills with experience of creating reports and dealing with large volumes of data?
Are you detail-orientated with a passion for data accuracy?
Can you provide practical and innovative techniques to resolve data issues?
Do you have a proven ability working in the Microsoft Power Platform, such as Power Automate, PowerBI and PowerApps or any other comparable products?

Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Data Quality Manager on a Permanent basis at our Westminster Bridge Road Office, based near Waterloo Station.
This role sits within the Business Support Team working alongside colleagues responsible for strategy, business change, compliance, and business development. This is also a hybrid role where you would be required to work two days onsite each week.
A bit about the role:
As a Data Quality Manager, you will take responsibility in three main functional areas;
Business Intelligence
You will maintain insight into all cross organisational business systems. You will oversee the development of performance and compliance dashboards, provide analysis into business areas of concern or best practice.
Data Quality
You will champion and train colleagues in how to get the most from data, ensuring data is efficiently and effectively captured, processed, stored, and disposed of. You will represent the department at all data stand ups and data quality forums. You will meet regularly with data stewards, owners, and other data quality leads to implement improvements.
CDP System Design and Administration
CDP is the care and support case management system holding all essential information about our customers and their support journey. A transformation programme is underway to improve and develop the system so you will need to quickly understand the CDP system, its functionality, workflows, and hierarchy.
