As part of our commitment to innovation and development, we are seeking a Deputy Design Manager to join our forward-thinking team.

You will work on a diverse range of print projects, primarily focused on packaging, through-the-line advertising (B2C and B2B publications, consumer press and outdoor), in-store POS, leaflets and brochures. You will deputise for the Head of Graphic Design during their absence and support the department with administration, strategic process implementation, and driving improvements and efficiencies.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to create new designs for packaging, POS, advertising and print; managing projects from initial layout through to final artwork, proof checking and approval; creating and amending packaging artwork and marketing campaigns; producing product and packaging visuals prior to launch, including photo retouching and pack-shot creation; adapting existing approved creatives across various formats such as OOH digital billboards; and working collaboratively with other departments.

Experience
- Strong creative design skills
- Fluent in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator Creative Cloud and associated software on Mac OSX
- Technical repro knowledge with excellent artworking and retouching skills
- Experience or knowledge of Creative Department Management/Studio Management (client or agency-side)
