About the Role
The Deputy Manager will report directly to the Registered Manager and is responsible for delivering high standards of care in line with Maria Mallaband Care Group (MMCG) policies, procedures, and all external regulatory requirements. This role involves the efficient and effective day-to-day running of the Home, developing exceptional personalised services for every service user and their loved ones, managing all staff, and fostering positive working relationships with external stakeholders. This is a fundamental leadership role within Social Care.

This position is ideal for a 1st level Registered Nurse holding a valid PIN who has experience supervising care teams and is ready to take on lead responsibility as part of their professional development.

About the Home
Heritage Care Centre is a modern, two-storey home purpose-built for residential and nursing care of elderly residents. All rooms are ensuite and decorated to high standards with fresh, modern décor throughout. The home features the latest facilities including WiFi available throughout. It is well known for its friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Daily activities are organised by an activity coordinator, ranging from one-to-one care to trips out. The home also includes a bar and café widely used by residents and their families.

Experience
- Previous experience as a Deputy Manager in a Care Home environment is desirable but not essential.
- Experience supervising and leading care teams.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and quality service delivery.

Qualifications
