Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Development Finance Analyst on a Temporary basis at our Westminster Bridge Road offices. A bit about the role: As a Development Finance Analyst, you will be working with the development finance partners to help deliver powerful insight and analytics which will support and drive our development program and support Development Managers whilst also engaging in month and year end activities in finance. Some of the key results for the role include: Be responsible for schemes completion reports Working on live Development schemes in our live cashflow/appraisal system To ensure that accurate and timely financial information is produced on a monthly basis. To carry out monthly reconciliation between cashflow/appraisal system and accounting systems Collaborating with finance colleagues to improve finance processes and data.
