The vacancy Are you a creative and results-driven digital marketer looking to join an established marketing team in a leading property company? Peabody is looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to help us deliver innovative campaigns that drive leads and revenue across our new build developments. In this role, you will take full ownership of digital marketing activities for a range of exciting new build developments. You'll design and implement eye-catching digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, web and the leading property portals and create engaging and high-performing email marketing strategies through our CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics 365. You'll support with the generation of new content in written, photo and video formats, including creating 360 virtual tours and work together with the marketing team to implement, optimise and report on paid media campaigns. You'll analyse website traffic and customer behaviour, making data-driven decisions to improve the user experience and ensure we're getting the best return on investment. To be successful in this role, you'll be required to work in the Westminster Bridge Road office two days per week. Could it be you? To be a success in this role, you're: experienced with a proven track record in marketing, with particular emphasis on email marketing experienced in using CRM, CMS, email marketing platforms and analytics tools creative with a flair for writing compelling copy and an eye for design highly organised and can manage multiple consecutive projects across internal and external teams experienced in leading successful multi-channel marketing campaigns passionate about using data and analytics to inform decision making At Peabody, we're all about making a difference to our community and helping people flourish.
