About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Transformation team within the Corporate Services Directorate as Digital Transformation Manager on a maternity cover basis. You will manage a portfolio of projects delivering meaningful change to staff and residents at Sutton Housing Partnership (SHP). The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing digital projects, comfortable with project schedules, KPIs, user acceptance testing, and stakeholder engagement across SHP and the council. Experience in digital projects within the housing sector is essential, with an understanding of the challenges faced by both staff and residents. Knowledge of Repairs processes, data structures, and NEC Housing is highly beneficial.
SHP is committed to delivering excellent services to residents, enabling families and households to be safe in their homes, sustain tenancies, and lead healthy, rewarding lives.
