About the Role
At Moody's, we unite the brightest minds to turn today’s risks into tomorrow’s opportunities. We strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome to be who they are—with the freedom to exchange ideas, think innovatively, and listen to each other and customers in meaningful ways. Moody’s is transforming how the world sees risk. As a global leader in ratings and integrated risk assessment, we’re advancing AI to move from insight to action—enabling intelligence that not only understands complexity but responds to it. We decode risk to unlock opportunity, helping our clients navigate uncertainty with clarity, speed, and confidence.
If you are excited about this opportunity but do not meet every single requirement, please apply! You still may be a great fit for this role or other open roles. We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity.
As Director - Partnerships Manager, you will define and execute a partnership strategy that expands the reach of Moody’s data, analytics, research, and AI-enabled solutions across priority ecosystems and platforms. You will develop and execute comprehensive partner management strategies aligned with company objectives and regulatory compliance. Your role includes designing joint go-to-market plans, collaborating with product and technology teams on integrations and AI-driven use cases, and owning senior partner relationships. You will represent Moody’s in executive discussions, industry forums, and strategic ecosystem engagements while tracking and optimizing partnership performance.
You will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, legal, finance, and leadership teams to ensure partnerships are aligned, executable, and scalable. Monitoring developments in artificial intelligence, data infrastructure, and enterprise technology markets to identify new partnership opportunities will be key to your success.
Our Strategic Partnerships team is responsible for expanding Moody’s ecosystem by embedding our decision-grade intelligence into the platforms, workflows, and enterprise environments where customers operate. By joining this team, you will play a critical role in advancing Moody’s position as a trusted intelligence layer in an increasingly AI-driven market.
