Here at Peabody, we have 2 opportunities for an Electrical Contracts Manager on a Permanent basis at our South East London office. A bit about the role: As an Electrical Contracts Manager, you will lead and manage the delivery of electrical and building safety works within our homes and communities. You will manage contractors in the delivery of safety and compliance, ensuring customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything that you do. This includes electrical testing, Fire alarms and planned electrical works. Some of the key results for the role include: To monitor and ensure the delivery of planned building safety works including contractors, consultants, and suppliers. Analyse and Interpret data to ensure successful delivery of programmes. Ensure VFM and programme completions are met to budget. Liaise with our customers and ensure the safety of their homes and our communities. Follow Peabody Health and Safety policies to ensure safety within the workplace. This role will require a UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle. A minimum of 1 to 2 days working in the Westminster Bridge Road or Ealing Gateway office is required A bit about us: 160 years after it was established, Peabody is one of the oldest not-for-profit housing associations in the UK.
