Up to £44,000 per annum, plus company van and fuel card
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and qualified Electrician to join our team in Oxford. This is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems across both void and occupied domestic properties. You will play a key role in ensuring homes are safe, compliant, and ready for residents through reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and supporting refurbishment projects.

Key electrical duties include reactive repairs to lighting circuits, sockets, fuseboards, and other electrical systems; inspecting and testing installations to ensure safety and compliance; replacing or repairing faulty components; working independently or as part of a team to meet daily repair targets; communicating clearly with tenants or residents; maintaining clean and safe work areas; adhering to health and safety policies; providing excellent customer care; responding to emergency call outs including out of hours shifts if required; undertaking installation, service, repair, and maintenance across a broad range of domestic properties; and using relevant IT systems to manage and prioritise workload efficiently.
Experience
Previous experience in domestic and social housing electrical work is required.

Qualifications
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations including AM2
City & Guilds 18th Edition (candidates with 17th Edition can work towards 18th Edition)
Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record (must be over 21, held licence for over 3 months, and have less than 9 points)
