In this role, you will work with senior colleagues to provide thought-leadership to institutional clients. You will maintain and update valuation models and databases, prepare materials for research reports, and contribute to writing quarterly results alerts, stock reports, and thematic pieces. You will communicate with institutional investors, company representatives, and internal clients, staying abreast of company and industry developments. This role offers the opportunity to build relationships, develop expertise, and make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with senior colleagues to provide thought-leadership to institutional clients regarding the sector.
- Maintain and update valuation models and databases.
- Prepare materials for regular publication of research reports, including data analysis and presentation.
- Contribute to writing research reports, including quarterly results alerts, stock reports, and thematic pieces.
- Communicate with institutional investors, company representatives, and internal clients (Sales, Sales-Traders, and Traders).
- Stay abreast of company and industry developments.
Experience
- Experience in equity research or financial analysis is preferred.
- Familiarity with Consumer Staples sector trends and companies is advantageous.
- Experience with valuation models and databases is desirable.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
This role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity. The successful candidate will be subject to meeting UK regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence (as assessed by the Firm) and, where appropriate, approval by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and/or the Prudential Regulation Authority to carry out such activities.
