What we’re looking for:
Do you have previous experience working as a Field Engineer or Service Desk Analyst?
Do you have a broad technical understanding of a range of technologies for example Windows/IOS/Android/Microsoft Office/Citrix/Thin Client/Mitel?
Are you passionate about driving service excellence and good customer experience?
Have you worked in an ITIL environment before or hold an ITIL v3 qualification?
Collaborative environments and working together with other teams are something you enjoy as part of your day-to-day job?

Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a End User Computing Field Engineer on a Permanent basis covering our services around the Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire area.
A bit about the role:
As a End User Computing Field Engineer, you will be providing 2nd line technical support to the first line team where necessary and acting as an escalation point.
You will work on projects to facilitate the smooth transition of new systems in the Operations team.
You will resolve complex queries, issues, and requests to customer satisfaction.
Working within the IT Field Engineering team, and wider support teams such as the IT Service Desk, 2nd Line and Infrastructure teams you will respond to Incidents and Service Request’s raised in the ITSM tool.
Some of the key results for the role include:
Ensuring all incidents and Service Requests assigned to the team meet their service level agreements.
Requests are escalated to the relevant teams and managed end to end.
Adopting, developing and enhancing best practice in all routine operations.
Ensuring that customer satisfaction is continuously met for all Incidents and Service Requests that are owned by you and your team.
Excellent feedback from customers.
Work and services are delivered to completion and out of hours or on call out is utilised when necessary.
This role will require a UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle as this is a field-based role around the Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire home counties.
There will also be a requirement to cover other field-based locations across the Trust when required.
