In this role, you will collaborate with engineers to build and deliver new platform capabilities, engage in hands-on programming including coding, pair programming, and testing, and participate in regular scrum ceremonies contributing to the agile development process. You will work closely with the technical lead to build out Stratus Capabilities for other teams to leverage and implement Continuous Delivery practices to ensure fast and high-quality code deployment. Additionally, you will leverage AI tools such as GitHub Copilot thoughtfully to improve efficiency and code quality.

Experience
- Proficiency in crafting modern .NET applications using C# 12+ (including .NET 8+ and NuGet)
- Expertise in building robust HTTP APIs with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Carter, or Nancy
- Experience navigating Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) cloud environments
- Proven experience with Event-Driven Architecture, designing systems that react in real-time
- Experience with DevOps practices, including building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, Octopus)
- Knowledge of Event-Sourced Systems, building architectures that track every state change
- Ability to thrive in autonomous, agile environments where daily innovation is the norm

Preferred Skills and Experience
- Proven experience with Event-Driven Architecture and Event-Sourced architectures
- Experience working with distributed, scalable database solutions
