About the Role
Join the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) Engineering Graduate Programme starting September 2027 and kickstart your career in global financial markets technology. This 12-month development programme offers a fast-track technical journey where you will learn and work alongside industry experts in a dynamic agile environment. You will build foundational skills through a global induction 'Engineering Bootcamp', participate in group projects aligned with LSEG goals, and attend a mid-point offsite skills event called ‘Ignite’. The programme also provides opportunities to earn industry-recognized qualifications and connect with a global early careers community. From day one, you will be placed within a division aligned to your skills and interests, supported by a secure framework for career development. This role focuses on Cloud Engineering, with an emphasis on Python and public cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. You will gain exposure to various departments within LSEG to help you discover your preferred career path. Recruitment Process
The recruitment process includes submitting an application and resume, completing an untimed immersive online assessment, a strength-based video interview, and a final half-day virtual assessment centre with multiple exercises. Early application is recommended as applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and may close early due to volume.

Experience
We welcome candidates with demonstrated passion for technology through work experience, internships, extracurricular activities, or academic projects. Experience with coding, cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), or technology-related roles is highly valued. A genuine interest in financial markets and data analysis is important.

About you
You are curious, resilient, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential. You should be able to think strategically and connect the dots to propose solutions. Candidates from a broad range of degrees including Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Informatics, Physics, Engineering, and Electronics are encouraged to apply, provided you can demonstrate an interest in technology.

Qualifications
You must be a final year undergraduate or Masters student in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, completing all course requirements before August/September 2027, or a fresh graduate from the class of 2026. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK without restrictions for the duration of the programme and join on a permanent basis from day one.
