About the Role
What if you could shape a career as unique as you? At WSP, you can find opportunities to grow and do what matters to you. We are seeking an experienced ERP Specialist, Procurement to support the design, configuration, optimisation and ongoing improvement of procurement capabilities within Oracle Fusion Cloud. You will work closely with Procurement, Finance, Shared Services, business stakeholders and IT teams to translate operational needs into practical, controlled and scalable system solutions. Acting as a functional subject-matter expert across source-to-pay processes, you will help maintain alignment with the global ERP template while addressing legitimate business, statutory and regional requirements.

This role combines hands-on functional delivery with process improvement, stakeholder engagement, testing, change support and operational problem-solving. You will enable efficient, compliant and user-focused procurement processes through effective use of Oracle Fusion Cloud, strong functional governance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include supporting the functional design, configuration and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion Procurement capabilities such as Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Management, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts and Supplier Portal. You will analyse end-to-end source-to-pay processes, identify pain points and control gaps, and translate business requirements into clear functional solutions. Partnering with multiple teams, you will ensure solutions are practical, integrated and aligned with policy while maintaining global ERP template alignment.

Additional duties include preparing functional specifications and documentation, coordinating system configuration and testing, supporting procurement integrations and data flows, assisting with data governance, supporting quarterly updates and releases, investigating incidents, monitoring adoption and compliance, and ensuring changes follow governance, security and audit requirements.

Join us to contribute to a large-scale ERP and procurement transformation with visible business impact, work across business process, technology, data, controls and change in a multidisciplinary environment, and build deeper expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud and enterprise source-to-pay capabilities. Help shape user-focused procurement solutions that improve efficiency, compliance and service quality.

Requirements

Experience
- 5+ years of relevant ERP procurement or source-to-pay experience, including hands-on functional delivery or support with Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement.
- Practical knowledge of procurement processes, controls and data across requisitioning, purchasing, suppliers, sourcing, agreements, receiving and procure-to-pay integration.
- Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, producing functional documentation and converting business needs into configured solutions.
- Experience with system configuration, testing, defect management, deployment and post-go-live or operational support.
- Experience working in a multi-country, multi-entity or global-template environment is strongly preferred.
- Understanding of integration points between Procurement and Oracle Fusion Financials, Projects, Expenses or other enterprise applications.
- Ability to analyse process and system issues, distinguish symptoms from root causes, and recommend proportionate solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain system concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Working knowledge of ERP governance, access controls, segregation of duties, audit evidence and controlled change.

About you
Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Effective communicator capable of engaging diverse stakeholders. Proactive in driving continuous improvement and maintaining compliance. Comfortable working in a global, multidisciplinary environment with changing priorities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, Finance or a related discipline.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement certification or equivalent demonstrable experience is desirable.
- Experience with Oracle reporting and analytics tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher is advantageous.
- Awareness of Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP services, FBDI, ADFdi or other Oracle data and integration methods is a plus.
- Experience with supplier enablement, procurement catalogues, electronic invoicing, third-party procurement platforms or supplier networks is beneficial.
- Process improvement, business analysis, change management or project delivery certification is desirable.
