About the Role
As an English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Tutor, you will provide high-quality teaching and learning experiences that support learners to overcome barriers and develop their skills, confidence and capabilities. You will help learners grow their confidence with the English language and fulfil their potential. You will offer expert advice and guidance, monitor progress through one-to-one sessions and tutorials, assess learners in line with qualification specifications, develop resources, and facilitate learner progression. This role is a vital part of Westminster Adult Education Service’s commitment to empowering diverse communities through education.

Experience
Recent experience teaching ESOL in adult, further or community education settings. Experience preparing learners for accredited ESOL Skills for Life qualifications and assessing learners using RARPA processes.

Qualifications
A qualified teacher with a subject specialist qualification at Level 3 or above. You will hold an assessor award or be willing to work towards one.
