An energetic and inspiring leader and manager, with a proven track record of delivering excellent Estate Services, delivering tangible outcomes for a diverse range of customers.
A considered, intelligent approach to leading and implementing change, with high attention to detail and consideration of customer and employee engagement and the broader organisation.
To provide leadership, direction and support to the local Estate Services Team, setting and maintaining a culture of high performing customer focused service, team working and pace setting when necessary

Here at Peabody, we currently have two great opportunities for an Estate Services Area Manager to join us on a Permanent basis within our Houghton Regis area.
As an Estates Service Area Manager, you will be reporting to the Head of Estate Services in your area and play a crucial role in the delivery of exceptional communal services and delivery of Peabody’s customer services ambition.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the team works together to provide a seamless Estate Services service to local service charge paying customers, including but not limited to, managing all communal cleaning and gardening services, managing H&S within the team, continually monitoring and managing team performance and reporting regularly on targets, objectives and performance.
A bit about the role:
Be accountable for the delivery of our in-house Estate Services which includes but isn’t limited to Caretaking, Cleaning, Gardening and waste management within a defined geographical area whilst working with your peers to support the wider service delivery.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of services by taking the lead on projects and ongoing tasks on behalf of the Head of Service.
You will know the strengths and areas to improve on within your team, setting improvement plans where needed and sharing successes and best practice across the organisation.
This role will require a Basic DBS check and a UK driver’s licence.
