As a Caretaker, you could find yourself starting the day with a variety of essential cleaning tasks across our estates—whether it's estate roads, grassed and paved areas, courtyards, service roads, footpaths, or playgrounds. You'll also play a key role in addressing resident concerns efficiently, always keeping your area manager informed. In the role of an Estate Services Caretaker, you'll be at the forefront of delivering a high-quality, customer-focused caretaking service. With a keen eye for maintaining our estates, you'll collaborate with your team to ensure our residents receive top-notch service, always considering their needs. We're Looking for People Who: Are first-rate at delivering excellent customer care. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and love getting things done. Are on-site five days a week, ready to take on all aspects of environmental caretaking and cleaning services. To Succeed in This Role, You Should: Have a full, clean UK driving licence. Be able to work in all weather conditions. Bring experience from a caretaking/cleaning environment. Demonstrate practical experience in the use of powered equipment. What We Offer: 30 days' annual holiday, plus bank holidays. Two additional paid volunteering days each year.
