About the Role
Shell UK Mobility and Convenience is one of the largest customer-facing businesses within Shell, serving millions of customers weekly across Fuels, Convenience Retail and the Shell Recharge charging network. Shell Recharge is a key growth area for the UK Mobility and Convenience business. The UK Mobility Pricing Team delivers value through effective pricing strategies across Fuels and EV, ensuring competitiveness while driving volume, margin, and customer value.

As an EV Pricing Advisor reporting to the UK Pricing & Demand Manager, you will be responsible for setting and managing EV pricing to deliver margin and volume across Shell Recharge's public charging network and roaming partnerships. You will monitor commercial performance, customer behaviour, competitor activity, and market developments to identify opportunities and provide pricing recommendations that create value for Shell and its customers.

You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, IDT, and Global Pricing teams to shape the future of EV pricing within Shell, supporting the growth of one of the UK's leading public EV charging networks. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence Shell UK's commercial performance using advanced analytics and strategic thinking.

Experience
Proven experience in EV pricing or EV commercial strategy with a track record of delivering commercial value. Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting large, complex datasets. Experience influencing stakeholders at various seniority levels. Knowledge of retail, energy, mobility, or EV charging markets is advantageous.

About you
Strong commercial acumen with a customer-focused mindset. Analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills. Experience using Power BI, SQL, or similar analytical tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic commercial environment. Proficiency in MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Interest in or experience with data analytics and visualisation applications.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in pricing, analytics, or commercial strategy are desirable. A commitment to continuous learning and adapting within a rapidly evolving EV charging market is essential.
