This exciting Executive Head Chef role is based in a Bloomsbury location, serving meals to onsite residents for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day of the week. You will also support a hotel breakfast offer and a busy conference and events operation, including sit-down dinners for up to 250 guests and weddings.
As Executive Head Chef, you will lead, inspire, collaborate with, and support your team to deliver consistently exceptional standards. You will build positive, credible, and collaborative relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Developing your team through mentoring, training, recognition, and empowerment will be a key focus. You will create a culture of excellence, pushing the boundaries of brilliance through caring service, obsessive food standards, and innovation. Achieving business-critical KPIs including Health and Safety, Sustainability, Financial, and Governance targets will be essential.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Head Chef or in a similar senior culinary role
Demonstrable experience managing, training, and supporting a team
Strong financial acumen with the ability to create and maintain budgets and drive commercial performance
