The vacancy Do you have general estates or facilities experience? Are you familiar with working in a busy and customer facing environment? Are you organised, have outstanding communication skills and able to connect with people from all backgrounds? If so, you could be an Estates Assistant, here at Peabody. As an Estates Assistant, you'll contribute to the smooth running of our centre and make a difference to the community we support. Your focus will be to ensure the centre is clean throughout and ready for centre users to take part in activities where they can socialise and learn new skills. You're a people person who likes to get things done. You'll enjoy working collaboratively across the centre but will enjoy working on your own and using your initiative. The role is on-site, based our Sundial Centre, in Bethnal Green. If you are a self-starter, energised by supporting your customers and, like us, committed to helping people flourish, we want to hear from you. To be successful in this role, you're: Experienced or have knowledge of COSHH and other relevant Health and Safety regulations. Someone who has outstanding communications skills. Able to use Microsoft Office such as email, word and excel. Able to prioritise and work on your own initiative.
