About the Role
Join Enfield’s Integrated Family Help Service as an experienced Social Work Practitioner (Level 3 or above) who has successfully completed their ASYE. The Family Help Service is an integrated preventive service combining advanced social work practitioners, social work practitioners, and family help practitioners to support children and families requiring coordinated interventions ranging from targeted early help to child protection. Vacancies are available in both generic family help teams and the disability family help team.
Practitioners will manage a varied caseload, empowering parents and carers to build on family strengths, prevent family breakdown, and improve outcomes for children and families. This is an excellent opportunity to join a service committed to positive outcomes for children and young people during an exciting period of transformation with newly integrated family help teams and a developing multi-agency child protection team.
Our leadership culture values openness, learning, shared responsibility, staff wellbeing, professional development, and best practice. You will receive high-quality support from experienced managers and opportunities to contribute to service developments. Enfield offers a comprehensive induction and bespoke training programme for all case holding practitioners.
Enfield’s Centre of Excellence supports new and existing staff to deliver high quality case work to vulnerable children and young people, fostering professional growth and development. This role is part of a service committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, expecting all staff to share this commitment.
